Developer's Road To Merits4U Software!
1976, I was hired by Behavioral Systems Inc(BSI), to create publications and marketing materials for Executive Seminars on Behavior Management.
BSI developed Performance Enhancement
Techniques for Sports and Industry.
To aid in creating marketing materials, I attended BSI Seminars and received personal instruction in motivational techniques from the head of BSI, Doug Slavin, PHD.
1988, I sold my first software Application called Maintenance Man to Ultimate Services, Inc (USI), a large Maintenance Companys serving Macy's and major malls. Writing software to support hundreds of workers, kept me in touch with the need for motivating productivity.
In 1994, I wrote an Article on Employee Motivation published by Services Magazine.
I developed software for USI for 12 years.
From 2000 to 2008, I created multiple Software Apps...
Including Merits4U
- mostly because,
someone else got credit when I had done more.
I built Merits4U to document what I had done.
Merits4U gives you power to prove your point!
